Shipping & Returns
Shipping time
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer when placing the order. The estimated delivery time is indicated directly in the shopping cart, usually 2-3 days processing time can be assumed for products in stock and another 1-2 days for shipping (depending on the destination country and the delivery speed of our shipping service provider).
madeforsunsets GmbH does not bear any responsibility in case of delivery obstacles in the area of suppliers or manufacturers. If the delivery or the compliance with an agreed delivery time becomes impossible due to circumstances beyond the control of madeforsunsets GmbH, madeforsunsets GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part. The customer will be informed immediately. Claims for damages are excluded in this case. The customer will be informed about existing delivery restrictions before starting the order process.
Shipping costs
Shipping service is offered via Österreichische Post AG and/or DPD to the following countries (other countries gladly on request):
- Germany & Austria: 3,20€
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Czech Republic: up to 69,99€ value of goods 5,00€, from 70,00€ free of charge
- Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary, Vatican City: 19,00€
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The statutory revocation period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, last took possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform madeforsunsets GmbH by means of a clear declaration (for example, a letter or mail sent by post) of the decision to revoke this contract.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If the customer revokes this contract, madeforsunsets GmbH shall repay all payments received, including the initial delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered was selected), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which the notification of revocation of this contract was received. For this repayment, the same means of payment will be used that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; in no case will any fees be charged due to this repayment.
madeforsunsets GmbH may refuse repayment until it has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier. The customer must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The deadline is met if the customer demonstrably sends the goods before the deadline of 14 days. The direct costs of the return are to be paid by the customer. Unfree returns (packages which have not been paid by the customer) cannot be accepted by our warehouse.
